Having lived in, bought and sold more than a dozen properties across the Melbourne area, I have first-hand experience of how real estate copy, as part of a wider marketing strategy, can contribute to a property sale.

Having sold two of my own properties that were especially hard to sell due to their uniqueness, I came to realise the importance of carefully crafted property descriptions, as part of a strategic marketing campaign, in successfully selling a property to ensure a win-win for both vendor and buyer.
One size does not fit all when it comes to selling real estate. Careful, strategic word smithing targeted to the right audience and highlighting the unique features of a property is my personal approach.
As part of my writing process, I undertake significant research to determine the most saleable benefits of a property in order to attract the right buyer (a unique property needs a unique buyer!) and secure the best possible result for the vendor.
Once my services are engaged, in most circumstances a property description can be delivered within 24 hours (sometimes less) from initial notification and project acceptance. The time length may vary depending on the size of the project and other projects on the go.
